Water 1st visited communities in rural Honduras in August of 2006 to discuss water issues with community members, and to document the extreme need for safe drinking water in Honduras.

Water 1st is currently funding a new, clean water and sanitation project in San Gabriel, Honduras. The project is running ahead of schedule, and will be complete in early 2007.
