Lakeside School

Seattle’s Lakeside School’s Global Service Learning program hosted an evening with Water 1st for 70 students to gain a greater understanding of the complexities involved in doing development projects through a role-playing exercise. After breaking into small discussion groups representing the various stakeholders involved in a water project, one student said, “Each group wanted the water project to happen, but it was still so complicated to come to an agreement on how to make it happen.”
