Jennifer Norling

Director of Outreach and Events

Jennifer has 15 years of fundraising and outreach experience for non-profit organizations. For the past 10 years, Jen has been working to end the global water and sanitation crisis. She has also worked for educational, arts, and health institutions in special events and communications. Prior to Water 1st, she was the Associate Executive Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Seattle, where she coordinated the annual Breath of Life Gala, a $2.8 million fundraiser. She also worked for North Park University coordinating Coach Mike Holmgren’s Golf for Kids Tournament, Emerson College as the Director of Annual Giving, as well as the Boston Ballet.
