Pat KennedyCEO of Harvest Development LLC
Pat is the CEO of Harvest Development LLC, a developer of senior housing facilities in North America, the United Kingdom and Australia. Pat was previously the Senior Vice President at Holiday Retirement Corp., which he joined in 1995. Among other duties, Pat was responsible for growing Holiday’s operations in the UK and France. From 2001 through 2003 Pat served as interim President and CEO of Alterra Corporation, a national assisted living company, guiding that company through a successful reorganization. Prior to 1995, Pat was a partner with Foster Pepper, a downtown Seattle law firm, serving as chair of the FP Executive Committee from 1990 through 1994. Pat is married to Melissa Ries and they have four boys between the ages of 17 and 25. He and Melissa are actively involved in St. Joseph’s Parish in Seattle and in various civic and charitable organizations, including Jubilee Women’s Center on Capitol Hill and Agros International. |
