Jane has taught high school mathematics, on and off, for the past 20 years. She currently contract teaches, primarily in the Seattle Public Schools. Jane values her family and the richness it brings to her life. She serves on the Family Council for a family-owned business in New England.

An avid skier and outdoor enthusiast, Jane was born and raised on Lake Michigan and values the beauty of fresh water and its surrounding environs. She is on a committee for the Little Traverse Conservancy in Michigan. Jane is interested in educating youth and families on global water issues and how Water 1st is making a difference.
