Donna has an extensive background in sales and marketing for both profit and non-profit organizations. Donna served as Sales and Marketing Account Executive for L’Oreal International for 14 years, in the European Division. She was an Account Executive for the Pacific Northwest region managing accounts with major retailers such as Nordstrom (national account), Saks Fifth Avenue, and Macy’s.

Donna has served on many non-profit boards, most recently, the Vashon YMCA, as financial development chair, vice chair, and board chair. She helped create and implement a vision for a YMCA on Vashon Island – creating a strategic plan, raising money to purchase and remodel the building, developing a board of directors and other organizational structures, and creating various programs for the community. She also served on the board of directors of Seattle’s Childcare Resources for several years helping to develop the organization’s fundraising efforts, specifically major gifts and special events.

Currently, Donna serves on the board of Cascades Camp and Conference, where she helped complete a 1.8 million dollar capital campaign, and is Principal of Global Ambiance, LLC, a travel company that she created in 2005.
